Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an ofsite follow up suvey completed on December 20, 2023, Better Is Better, llc, was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced onsite complaint investigation survey completed on September 20, 2023.
